VEGAN STUFFED MUSHROOM

Directions

Quick and tasty vegan treat. A beautiful and delicious appetizer.

PREPARATION

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350 C degrees.

STEP 2

Clean the dirt of mushrooms, remove stems from mushrooms and set aside for later.

STEP 3

Heat the onions and garlic until they are softened, remove from heat and mix with vegan cheese and gluten free bread crumbs, mix together until infused.

STEP 4

Fill the each mushrooms with mixtures, Sprinkle tops with more vegan grated cheese.

STEP 5

Bake in the oven for 35 mins and serve

20 button mushrooms

½ cup chopped onion

5-6 cloves minced garlic

1 Tablespoon olive oil

½ Tablespoon salt

2 cups of Cheezmir Cheddar / Smoked Flavoured Grated vegan cheese

½ cup of gluten free bread crumbs
