Cut the carrots and celery and mix them with onions,meanwhile heat the olive oil in a non-stick , and add ingredients in to pan and heat up until they are gold-brown.
Then add the vegetable broth, garlic,tomato paste, tomatoes and tomato sauce into pan and stir it well until they are combine.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper and seasonings, simmer it for 10 minutes until the sauce is well- thickened.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until, its done.
Serve the spaghetti with vegan bolognese sauce, fresh basil and garnish it with Cheezmir Mozzarella flavoured vegan grated.
