Vegan Ravioli with Mushrooms


Step 1

Mix the flour, oil, and water in a bowl and knead to a smooth dough. Shape the dough and rest it for about 1 hour.

Step 2

Put frozen spinach, Cheezmir cheddar flavoured vegan cheese and mix everything with seasoning

Step 3

Roll the dough and shape it to a circle shape, place spinach mixture in the center, and seal it with a fork. Boil saltwater in a boil, simmer for 5 minutes until they float to the surface.

Step 4

Heat the mushrooms with olive oil until they are browned, add chopped garlic and roast them and put soy sauce, and heat up about 2 mins. Garnish the ravioli with seasoning.
