Vegan Lasagna

Directions

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit/190 degrees Celsius.

STEP 2

Mix the Cheezmir smoked flavoured vegan cheese with broccoli, zucchini, carrot and capri pepper in a bowl.

STEP 3

Soften the lasagna noodles by boiling them and add 5 of them in a pan.

STEP 4

Top with Cheezmir smoked flavoured vegan cheese mixture.

STEP 5

Add 5 lasagna noodles, and top with garlic powder and salt.

STEP 6

Top with vegan cheese mixture.

STEP 7

Add 5 lasagna noodles, and put the rest of mixture on the top.

STEP 8

Bake for 45 minutes, covered with foil. Check on a regular basis to ensure that the top noodles are not showing up. If they are, simply force them back down into the liquid with the spatula.

STEP 9

Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Depending on the kind of noodles you choose, you will need to add more time. Allow to cool before cutting.

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup chopped zucchini

½ cup chopped capia pepper

1 cup chopped broccoli

1 cup chopped carrot

½ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

10-12 cups of Cheezmir Smoked flavoured vegan cheese

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder
