Cheddar Filled Mushroom


Step 1 :

Preheat over to 260 C degrees, Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning and drying them, then place them in an oven tray and brush them with olive oil, and add salt, you can add the desired seasoning.

Step 2

Blend the onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes with olive oil until they are creamy, heat up the mixture for 5 minutes, then add Cheezmir Cheddar flavoured Grated vegan cheese and bread crumbs into the mixture.

Step 3

Fill each mushroom with the mixture, Sprinkle tops with a little more Cheezmir Cheddar Flavoured Grated vegan cheese and sage. Then bake in the oven for 30 minutes.


20 button mushrooms, medium/large

½ cup finely chopped onion

5-6 cloves minced garlic

2 Tbsp olive oil

4 chopped cherry tomatoes

½ tsp salt

½ cup Cheezmir Cheddar Flavoured Grated vegan cheese

½ cup gluten-free bread crumbs

¼ cups of sage
